John Lipscomb divides his estate among his heirs: wife Ann; sons Harry, Pemberton, John, Henry, Madison, Reuben, Anderson; and daughters Ann, Elizabeth, Sally, Patty, and Martha. The will, dated 5 December 1776, was witnessed by John Quarles, Jr., Thomas King, Thomas Chamberlayne, Jr., and Edward Pye Chamberlayne. It was proved and recorded in May 1777.
